Welcome to the Family 🇮🇹
The old families are moving again. A secret Mafia crew has entered the gathering disguised as ordinary guests. Nobody knows who works for the Family and who is simply caught in the middle. Across three rounds, Civilians must listen, watch and vote carefully while the Mafia quietly carries out secret operations. Trust the wrong person, and the Family takes control. Expose them before the final offer is made.
How to Play
🕵️ Keep your identity secretThe game has 3 rounds. Civilians hunt the hidden Mafia while Mafia members blend in and complete secret operations.
🤵 Mafia operationsMafia choose and lock one available player target per round. Some operations may involve that adult target’s family, but the named player is always the person at risk. Complete the operation safely and get the Host to approve it.
🗳️ Voting & eliminationWhen voting opens, active players vote once. The player with the most votes is eliminated. If multiple players tie for the highest total, they are eliminated together. If the highest total is only 1 vote, nobody is eliminated.
🕵️ INFORMANT INTEL + 🛡️ Witness ProtectionCivilians receive private Informant Intel in Rounds 2 and 3. Witness Protection can save one player from one gameplay elimination during that round.
🏆 WinningEliminated players cannot win. When the Hosts end the game, all active players are ranked by points. The Top 3 are revealed, and every Mafia is exposed.

🤵 How to Play
3 rounds. Keep your identity secret and survive.
🧑🤝🧑 CIVILIANS Find the hidden Mafia. Active Civilians receive private INFORMANT INTEL automatically in Rounds 2 and 3.
🤵 THE MAFIA Each round, choose and lock one available target, complete your secret operation and get Host approval. Only one Mafia can lock each target per round. Failed operations eliminate the Mafia member unless Witness Protection saves them.
🗳️ VOTING When the Hosts open voting, each active player may vote once. The highest-voted player is eliminated. If multiple players tie for the highest total, they are eliminated together. If the highest total is only 1 vote, nobody is eliminated.
🕵️ INFORMANTS & WITNESS PROTECTION Informants provide private clues. Witness Protection gives one protection save for the current round.
🛡️ WITNESS PROTECTION Maximum one grant per player per round. It blocks one gameplay elimination from voting, an approved Mafia operation or a failed Mafia operation, then it is used. It cannot revive an eliminated player. A deliberate Host ELIMINATE is an override.
📸 PROOF Send photo proof to the Host on WhatsApp where possible. Answer challenges are saved in the app. The in-app completion button is helpful but Host approval is what counts.
❌ ELIMINATED You become a spectator. You cannot vote, receive operations or win, but stay connected for the final reveal.
🏆 WINNER Only active players can win. When END GAME is pressed, active players are ranked by points and the Top 3 are revealed. Equal points share a place. All Mafia are then revealed and ranked by points.
